  • As required Salt
  • As required Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

How to Make Kachki Macher Chorchori Recipe

STEP 01

Cut and clean the fish thoroughly, Slit the green chilies from the middle, dice the potato and chop some onions.

Heat the oil in a pan and Fry the chopped onion and garlic paste until it is soft and translucent.

STEP 01

Add the green chilies and the tomato. Saute them for about 3 minutes.

STEP 04

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well and fry for a few minutes.

STEP 05

Add water and fish. Cook on medium heat with the lid on.

STEP 06

Check if the potatoes are softened, add coriander leaves, and green chillies. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
