Ingredients for Kacchi haldi ki sabji Recipe

  • 83.33 grams Raw turmeric
  • 50 grams Ghee
  • 83.33 grams thick curd
  • 2.67 Pieces Chopped Kaju (Cashew nuts)
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin
  • 0.33 g pinch Hin
  • 0.33 g finely chopped green chilli
  • 0.17 cup Peas
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Kacchi Haldi Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all wash and peel the turmeric. Now grate it.
  • STEP 2.😋 Now heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and cashews too.
  • STEP 3.😋 Now add turmeric and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.😋 Now add peas and green chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.😋 Now mix all the spices and stir.
  • STEP 6.😋 Now add curd after whipping and cook for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring.
  • STEP 7.😋 Your vegetables are ready. Serve hot vegetable with roti without ghee.
