Ingredients for Kabuli chana with Dates Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Boiled kabuli chana
  • 0.67 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1.67 Pieces peices seedless dates
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • 0.67 tsp Coriander
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Tumeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Dry mango powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as required water

Directions: Kabuli Chana With Dates Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take chana in cooker, add water 1 cm above chana. Boil till 4/5 whistles.
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan, heat oil in heat, add cumin seeds. When start to crackle, add chopped onion and ginger. Fry them till onion turns pink. Now add dates and fry them together with onion till they mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,Dry mango powder, salt in fried onion and dates. Mix them well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Finally add boiled chana and water. Cook till required consistency is achieved.
