Ingredients for Kabuli chana salad Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Chana
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Greenchilli
  • 1/4 Tbsp reen onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Oil

Directions: Kabuli Chana Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak chana overnight
  • STEP 2.Pressur cook in little water for 20minutes on slow fire
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till soft.do not change the colour
  • STEP 4.Add green chilli and saute for 30 seconds
  • STEP 5.Add chana and salt mix well and cook for 1 minute
  • STEP 6.Remove from fire add chat masala and lemon juice.mix well
  • STEP 7.Serve hot or cold garnish with green onion
