  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 No.s Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 cup Kabuli chana cooked
  • As required Coriander leaves for garnish A few

How to Make Kabuli Chana Curry Recipe

STEP 01

In a preheated pan add 1tbsp ghee, 4 cloves finely chopped garlic, 1 inch ginger finely chopped and 1 onion finely chopped. Saute till the onions become tender.

To this add ½ cup tomato puree, ¼ cup coconut milk, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and mix well to combine.

STEP 01

Next add 2 cups of cooked kabuli chana, salt to taste and stir. Cover and cook on simmer for 4 to 5 minutes stirring intermittently. Turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.
