  • 1/4 Sweet potato, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1/2 Tomatoes
  • 0.13 cup Peas, boiled
  • 1/4 Lemon juice, extracted
  • 0.13 Medium sized pomegranate, cleaned
  • 0.06 cup Cashew nuts, halved
  • 1/2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.03 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 cup Curds
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1-1.25 pinch Asafetida
  • 1/2 Bay leaves, broken into 3 each
  • 1/2 Cardamom pod, semi crushed
  • 3/4 Cloves
  • 0.13 stick Cinnamon, crushed fine
  • 1.25-1.50 tablespoon ghee or refined oil
  • 1/2 slices Bread, cut in croutons
  • As required Grind together to a paste
  • 1 green chillies
  • 2.50-3 flakes Garlic
  • 0.13 piece Ginger
