  • 3 cup Dashi
  • 2.50 pound Kabocha
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.50 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon 0.5 salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sake

Directions: Kabocha No Namoni Recipe

  • STEP 1.Remove seeds and cut the kabocha into square pieces. Boil dashi in a pot and add the kabocha and cook until tender. Add sugar, salt and sake to cook for 15 minutes. Once done let it cool and serve.
