  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the ripe wild mangoes into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, grind coconut, green chilies, and cumin seeds into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.Add the coconut paste to the cooked mangoes and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes.
