Kaanole is a steamed sweet dish made by using whole wheat flour and jaggery. This special treat is made specially on naag panchami day in my family since ages. Recipe is passed on to me by my mum, to her by my granny and so on. Trying my bit to safeguard this tradition by making this dish at least once every year on naag panchami festival.
