  • 0.13 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grated Coconut

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the junumulu beans in water overnight.
  • STEP 2.Drain the soaked beans and rinse them well.
  • STEP 3.In a pressure cooker, add the beans, water, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles or until the beans are tender.

Cooking Tips

  • If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can cook the beans in a regular pot. It may take longer, around 30-40 minutes.
  • You can adjust the spice level of the curry by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add a tablespoon of coconut milk or cream to the curry.
