Ingredients for Juju Dhao Recipe

  • 2 liter buffalo milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon plain yogurt

Directions: Juju Dhao Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. in a pan add milk and stir it as the milk starts boiling. reduce the milk to half and add sugar, cardamom powder and mix everything.

step 2

  • STEP 1. bring the milk to boil and then cook for 2-3 minutes. pour the milk into the clay bowls.

step 3

  • STEP 1. let it cool for 20 minutes and add yogurt to the milk and mix well. cover the bowls with aluminum foil and keep it at a warm place for 7-8 hours.
