  • STEP 1.Wash and soak jowar and lentils for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the soaked jowar and lentils with water, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper, ginger, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked jowar and lentils mixture to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
