  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix jowar flour, rice flour, yogurt, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick griddle and pour a ladleful of batter on it.
  • STEP 3.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
  • STEP 4.Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Flip the crepe and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Repeat with the remaining batter.
