  • 3/4 onions Big cut small
  • 1/4 potato big peeled and diced into cubes
  • 1/2 tomato big chopped small
  • 1/4 can ginger and Garlic tbspn finely chopped or paste be used
  • 1/4 jeera tspn
  • As required Curry leaves few
  • 1/2 Dry red chilly broken into halves
  • As required turmeric pwdr half tspn
  • 1/4 Red chilly pwdr tspn
  • 0.06 Hing tspn
  • 1/4 oil tbspn
  • 1/4-1/2 ghee tspn
  • 1/4 Dhaniya pwdr tspn
  • 1/4 Goda masala tspn
  • 1/4-1/2 Green chillies slit into half
  • As required coriander leaves for garnish
