How to Make Jonna Gatka Recipe
Grind 2 cups of jowar seeds. The consistency must be trembling.
Now strain the grinded jowar and remove the flour.
Take a pan and add water to boil, after the water is boiled add the prepared jowar slowly while mixing the batter in low flame. Make sure there are no lumps.
Let the batter thicken for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then add salt as required.
Healthy jonna gatka is ready to serve hot with buttermilk (optional).
