  • As required Shrimps
  • 1 Nos Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 Nos Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 5 Nos tomatoes chopped
  • As required Tomato paste
  • As required Carrot

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder

How to Make Jollof Pasta Recipe

STEP 01

Chop red bell peppers,green beans and carrot.

STEP 01

Add water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add little oil followed by pasta and cook it for 5-6 minutes and drain off the water.

STEP 01

Now in a pot add oil & heat it. Add in shrimps,salt and fry for 3-4 minutes and take out the shrimps in a plate after 4 minutes.

Using the same oil add chopped onions and saute it. Add in thyme,tomato paste and cook it for 4-5 minutes then add some chopped tomatoes and cook for another minute.

Then add bay leaves, maggi cubes,garlic powder,ginger powder,black pepper,salt, chicken stock and cook it for 10 minutes with the lid on.

Stir it and add red bell peppers,green beans and carrot. Finally,add pasta and combine it well with the mixture cover and cook for 4 minutes at low flame.

Then add fried shrimps and mix thoroughly and then serve.
