How to Make Jodhpuri Ladoo Recipe
Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour and water to make a lump free batter for making boondis.
Let the batter rest for some time. Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan. Once hot take boondi ladle and keep it a bit higher from the pan. Pour the batter on the ladle (perforated) and make boondis.
Keep these boondis aside and prepare sugar syrup.
For that heat water into a pan add sugar to it. Cook it for about 10minutes or till you get the desired consistency of syrup. Add cardamom powder and saffron or you can also use yellow food colour.
Mix the boondis into the sugar syrup and mix well. While the mixture is still warm make laddoos out of it. Grease your palms before shaping laddoos. :)
