  • 1/5 cup Besan
  • 1/5 tsp Coriander seeds ccrusd
  • 1/5 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/5 tsp A turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1/5 Pinches pinch hing
  • 1/20 tsp Salt
  • 0.40 tbsp Oil
  • 0.40 tbsp Curd
  • 0.40 tbsp Water
  • 0.40 tbsp 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/5 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/5 tsp Kasoori méthi
  • 1/5 Pieces tej patta
  • 0.60 tsp Feenal seeds
  • 1/5 g pinch hing
  • 1/5 tsp ½ tsp coriander
  • 1/5 cup Curd

Directions: Jodhpuri Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute spices.
  • STEP 2.further, add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute to golden brown.
  • STEP 3.keeping the flame on low, add spices and saute well.
  • STEP 4.furthermore, add 1 cup water and 1 cup curd. stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • STEP 5.now add prepare gatte (gram flour dumplings) and ½ tsp salt. mix well.
  • STEP 6.cover and boil for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.additionally, add ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
  • STEP 8.finally, serve gatte ki sabji with roti, phulka or naan.
