  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Nos garlic clove
  • 1 Nos shallot
  • 15 gram dried shrimps
  • 20 gram dried squid strips
  • 3 Nos shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 Nos yam bean
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 300 milliliter Water
  • 1 Nos carrot
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Jiu Hu Char Recipe

STEP 01

Slice shallots

STEP 02

Mince garlic

STEP 03

Thinly sliced yam bean & carrots

add oil in a pan & heat it

add sliced shallots,minced garlic and saute it

now add shrimps,dried squids and stir fry it

add sliced shiitake mushrooms,yam bean and carrots and mix well

STEP 01

add soy sauce,water and turn the gas to max and allow the gravy to boil

step 10

STEP 01

once it boils,reduce the flame to low and cook it for 15-20 mins at low flame

add salt as per taste and a tsp of dark soy sauce(optional)

serve with steamed rice,rice paper or fresh lettuce
