Ingredients for Jinii dosa Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Dosa batter
  • 0.33 tbsp Butter
  • 0.67 tbsp Onion
  • 0.67 tbsp Cabbage
  • 0.67 tbsp Capsicum
  • 0.67 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 0.08 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.67 As Required Processed Cheese/ Mozzarella cheese / Cheddar cheese

Directions: Jinii Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, pour a ladle full of dosa batter on hot tawa and spread gently.
  • STEP 2.simmer for a minute, allowing dosa to cook.
  • STEP 3.now rub butter evenly keeping the flame on low.
  • STEP 4.further add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp cabbage and 2 tbsp capsicum.
  • STEP 5.also add ½ tsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce, ¼ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp butter and pinch salt.
  • STEP 6.mix well and spread the stuffing covering the entire dosa.
  • STEP 7.cut the dosa into thin strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  • STEP 8.further grate 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese / cheddar cheese uniformly.
  • STEP 9.simmer till the dosa turns crisp and cheese melts completely.
  • STEP 10.scrape the dosa strips and roll tight.
  • STEP 11.finally, serve jini dosa topped with more cheese and spring onion.
