Ingredients for Jiangxi Recipe

  • 170 gram Ground meat
  • 2 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Chillies
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 stalk Cilantro

Directions: Jiangxi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add the ground meat to a bowl, and add shaoxing wine, 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and 2 tablespoon water.

  • STEP 1.Mix until the meat has absorbed all the marinade liquid. Set aside in the refrigerator

  • STEP 1.Pre-heat a wok or soup pot over medium high heat.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add 3 tablespoons oil, along with the ginger, garlic, and chilies. Cook for a minute until fragrant.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add the marinated meat, turn up the heat, and fry until it is cooked through. Add the stock, 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Bring to a boil.bring the boil again and stir.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Serve immediately with dipping sauce and cilantro.
