  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 25 gram Peanuts
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 500 gram vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder
