  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 25 gram Peanuts
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 500 gram vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder

  • STEP 1.Slice the potatoes and cut into thin sticks & Wash well

  • STEP 2.Fry the peanuts and curry leaves

  • STEP 3.Deep fry the potatoes until brown and take them out

  • STEP 4.Mix the fried potatoes with peanuts and curry leaves

  • STEP 1.Add pepper,rock salt chaat masala and red chili powder And mix well

step 7

  • STEP 5.And mix well

step 8

  • STEP 6.Serve as a side dish to rice and dal
