  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 4.Add water and bring the curry to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
