Ingredients for Jen's White Burger Recipe

  • 1.33 scallions, finely chopped
  • 0.33-0.67 tablespoon dijon mustard, depending on your taste
  • 0.33 grated peel and juice of lemon
  • 0.33 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • As required sea salt and pepper
  • 0.33 ripe bartlett pear, cut lengthwise into 8 slices
  • 0.17 c dry white wine
  • 0.33 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.33-0.67 c shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1.33 tablespoon hot pepper jelly, can substitute apple jelly depending on your tastebuds
  • 1.33 ciabatta rolls, split open and toasted
