Ingredients for Jeera rice Recipe

  • 1/4 g lass rice
  • 1/2 g lass water
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped green coriander
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee

Directions: Jeera Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and rinse rice and pressure cook with 2 glass of water.
  • STEP 2.When rice is done, heat ghee in kadhai, add jeera and chopped chilli.
  • STEP 3.Than add cooked rice and mix.
  • STEP 4.Add little salt and chopped coriander and mix.
  • STEP 5.Mix and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Ready to serve with any curry.
