  • 0.67 Tsps Jeera
  • As Required Salt
  • A Few Drops Curry leaves
  • 0.67 Pieces Red chilli
  • As Required Kothmir

Directions: Jeera Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat butter or oil in a kadai, add whole dry Chilli nd Cummin seeds, let it crackle then add rice, salt, chilli and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add the chopped coriander leaves, mix well, check salt and adjust,serve hot with ur favourite curries.
