  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, sugar, cumin seeds, and oil.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • STEP 3.Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  • STEP 4.Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  • STEP 5.Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
