Ingredients for Jawar roti Recipe

  • 83.33 gms Jawar flour
  • 0.67 tbsp wheat flour
  • 0.33 nos pinch salt
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • As required needed water

Directions: Jawar Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl, add both the flours and salt. Mix it. Gradually add water.
  • STEP 2.Mix it well and make smooth dough. Grease your hand again knead it.
  • STEP 3.Take small portion of the dough. Make a Roti.
  • STEP 4.Heat tawa. Place roti. Cook it on medium heat. Then cook directly on flame.
  • STEP 5.Jawar Roti is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
