  • 0.40 Dry Red Chilies

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the ridge gourd into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and dry red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped ridge gourd and cook until tender.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, grind poppy seeds, green chilies, and mustard seeds to make a paste.
  • STEP 5.Add the paste to the cooked ridge gourd and mix well.
