Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onions, garlic, thyme, curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meat mixture until browned.
  • STEP 3.Add the diced potatoes and carrots to the skillet and cook until tender.
  • STEP 4.Roll out the pastry dough and cut into circles.
  • STEP 5.Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each pastry circle and fold in half to form a half-moon shape.
