STEP 1.1. Take a bowl of water and boil it. Sprinkle a tablespoon of jowar flour and salt in it.

STEP 2.2. Add the flour in the boiled water and mix it using a spoon. Allow it to cool

STEP 3.3. When still warm knead it with your hands. Prepare a soft chapati dough.

STEP 4.4. Take portions of the dough and make small balls. Dip the dough in flour before flattening it into a roti.

STEP 5.5. Make sure you pat the dough with your hands.

STEP 6.1. Put the roti on a flat tawa and dip the cloth in water to start wiping of excess. Wait until evaporated and then flip to the other side.

STEP 7.2. Make sure you cook both the sides equally. Press gently with cloth to puff. Now remove from tawa and serve hot
