STEP 1.Mix rava and maida, add curd and water, make batter and keep aside for 15min
STEP 2.Make sugar syrup, by adding 1glasa water in 500gm sugar
STEP 3.Boil it
STEP 4.Add cardamom powder
STEP 5.Add 2-3drops of yellow gel food color in maida batter and add baking powder
STEP 6.Fill batter in piping bag, make jilebi directly in hot oil in kadhai
STEP 7.Deep fry and after frying, keep on kitchen towel to absorb oil for 1min
STEP 8.Then deep in sugar syrup and serve hot
