Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, and cooked bacon.
  • STEP 3.Butterfly the pork tenderloin by cutting it lengthwise, but not all the way through.
  • STEP 4.Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the inside of the pork tenderloin.
  • STEP 5.Fold the pork tenderloin back together and secure with kitchen twine.
  • STEP 6.Season the outside of the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
  • STEP 7.Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • STEP 8.Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • STEP 9.Serve the sliced pork tenderloin with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
