Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak a mixture of urad dal and moong dal for a few hours, then grind into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Add spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to the dal paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop spoonfuls of the dal mixture into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.In another pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Cook until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add yogurt, water, and spices to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the fried bade and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
