Ingredients for Jaipuri Aloo Pyaaz Ki Sabji Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 No.s Bay leaf torn
  • 6 No.s Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 No.s Green chillie split
  • 1 cup Whole baby onions
  • 2 cup Baby potato boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Coriander leaves finely chopped A few

step 1

  • STEP 1.Press the menu button, keep pressing the plus button till you reach p-15 (saute mode).

  • STEP 1.Allow the pan to preheat for about 4 minutes and add 1 tbsp mustards oil.

  • STEP 1.Add 1 bay leaf torn, 6 cloves of garlic chopped, 2 slit green chillies and1 cup whole baby onions.

  • STEP 1.Saute till onions are lightly brown. Add 2 cups of baby potatoes boiled and peeled.

  • STEP 1.Saute potatoes for 3 to 5 minutes and then add ½ cup tomato puree and ½ cup dahi (curd).

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt to taste. Stir well and saute for another 32 to 3 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Cover the pressure cooker.to change mode press keep warm, then menu. Change the nozzle to pressure mode.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Once done the pressure cooker will go into ‘off’ mode, indicating that cooking is completed.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Let the pressure release naturally. Open the cooker and stir finely. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve with tawa paratha.
