  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add ginger, green chilies, and capsicum. Stir-fry for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
