STEP 1.Soak chick peas overnight or minimum 6-8 hrs.
STEP 2.Wash them … add water, little salt & pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
STEP 3.Heat ghee or oil or buttet Add bay leaf, dry red chilli, cloves, cinnamon stick & cumin seeds to it.
STEP 4.Add tomatoes, chilli & ginger garlic to a mixer grinder & make puree.
STEP 5.Add all the spices to ghee and then add puree to it.cook for4to 5 mins on low flame.
STEP 6.Add cooked chick peas & mix well.put lid on kadhai and cook well.
STEP 7.Garnish with coriander & serve hot with paratha / puri / kulcha or rice.
