  • 1/4 cup Jaggery Syrup
  • 0.13 cup Grated Coconut
  • 0.13 teaspoon Yeast
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak rice in water for 4-5 hours and grind it into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add jaggery syrup, coconut, yeast, and cardamom powder to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Allow the batter to ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • STEP 4.Pour the batter into a greased pan and steam for 20-25 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Once cooked, remove from the pan and let it cool before serving.
