  • 3/4 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1.50 cup jaggery

How to Make Jaggery Sev Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Dry roast the yellow split green gram for 3 minutes and then grind this roasted dal into a fine powder.

STEP 02

Mix the grinded gram dal,gram flour,rice flour and add water to make a soft dough.

STEP 03

1.add ghee in a kadai & heat it

STEP 04

2.now take a portion of dough and put it into the sev maker.

STEP 05

3.now press the sev maker right above the kadai and release the sev in the oil.

STEP 01

Fry the sev until golden brown and then break the fried sev into pieces

STEP 07

6.in a vessel add jaggery and ¼ cup water and boil it to make a syrup.

STEP 08

7.now turn off the flame and dil the fried sev into the jaggery syrup

STEP 09

8.take out the dipped jaggery and put it in a plate and let it rest for an hour.
