  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, bring milk to a boil and add the soaked rice.
  • STEP 3.Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked and the kheer thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add jaggery and cardamom powder, and mix well until the jaggery melts.
  • STEP 5.Simmer for a few more minutes until the kheer reaches the desired consistency.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot or chilled.

Cooking Tips
