This Juice is prepared using Jaggery, Mint and Lemon as their main ingredients. Jaggery is rich in iron and works as a coolent during summer times, Mint is an antioxidant which helps in digestion and lemon is full of Vitamin C. So all these make up a refreshing summer special ingredients. This recipe is very easy to prepare and healthy to drink. #cvf

Ingredients for Jaggery Mint Juice Recipe

  • 100 gms Jaggery
  • 1/2 Bunches phudina / mint leaves
  • 1 Pieces Lemons
  • To Taste Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon small piece
  • To Taste Cardamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper

Directions: Jaggery Mint Juice Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 Take jaggery in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.2 Pour some water and mix it well till it completely dissolves.
  • STEP 3.3 In a mortar add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper and crush it.
  • STEP 4.4 Add phudina and ginger to it and prepare paste. Squeeze the lemons in the mortar to the paste. Mix it well.
  • STEP 5.5 Take it in a bowl.
  • STEP 6.6 Add the paste to the jaggery mixed water prepared.
  • STEP 7.7 Mix it well and strain it in a bowl. Chill it.
  • STEP 8.8 Now the chilled Jaggery phudina Sharbat is ready to serve and drink.
