  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Basmati Rice, Soaked
  • 1 cup Water

  • STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast black sesame seeds until fragrant and grind them into a fine powder.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add pork pieces and cook until browned. Then, add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add the ground black sesame powder and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
