  • As required Galouti kebab ingredients
  • 0.17 cup Jackfruit seeds
  • 2 nos Mint leaves
  • 0.08 cup cashew nuts
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • 1 nos cloves garlic
  • 1 nos green chilies
  • 0.33 teaspoon rose water
  • 0.33 teaspoon Garm masala powder
  • 0.33 gram table spoonflour ( Aashirvaad besan)
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Oil for cooking
  • As required Eggless tart ingredients
  • 0.33 cup Aashirvaad Atta
  • As required A pinch of salt
  • 0.33 cup Butter

Directions: Jackfruit Seeds Galouti Kebab In Tart Recipe

  • STEP 1.First the Jackfruit seeds cook along with salt until very soft..If you press the Jackfruit seeds between your fingers it should mash easily...
  • STEP 2.Once the Jackfruit seeds are cooked through completely,drain the excess water
  • STEP 3.Grind the mint leaves,green chillies,ginger,garlic,cashew nut together in a food processor to make coarse mixture.Next add in the Jackfruit seeds and blend again into the mixture.
  • STEP 4.Add this kebab mixture into a large mixing bowl.Add the remaining kebab ingredients except the oil and knead well to make a kebab dough.
  • STEP 5.Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 equal portions into round circular disc..
  • STEP 6.Heat the pan, grease it with oil and fry them both sider..
  • STEP 7.Kebab is ready

  • STEP 9.To make a eggless tarts,sieve the flour and salt together on a plate..
  • STEP 10.Rub the butter into the flour with finger tips and mix well.
  • STEP 11.Gradually add ice - Cold water( approx 3tbsp) and knead well to make a stiff dough and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Roll out a portion of the dough.Place the circle into tart case..
  • STEP 13.Arrange the eggless tarts on a baking tray and bake in a pre - heated oven at 200 degree centigrade...
  • STEP 14.After 15 minutes tart is ready.
  • STEP 15.And the kebab served in tart with sauce...
