  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.13 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the jackfruit seeds until tender and remove the outer skin.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled jackfruit seeds and mix well with the spices.
  • STEP 7.Add coconut milk and water, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the curry thickens.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
