Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together grated jackfruit, mashed potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry them until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, and spices. Cook until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring the curry to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
