  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add jackfruit chunks and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk and water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the jackfruit is tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
