And with this recipe, we are sure you'll keep drooling over the dish for days altogether.  Made with jackfruit, coconut and prawns, this curry is all things delicious and lip-smacking. The interesting texture of jackfruit seeds along with the tropical flavour of coconut and prawns make this dish worth trying.   • As required Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut paste
  • As required Jackfruit seeds
  • As required Water

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.First, clean all the shells of shrimp and wash them with lukewarm water.
  • STEP 2.Cut jackfruit seeds in halves and wash them with water properly.
  • STEP 3.Make coconut paste and set it aside.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take a kadai and pour some cooking oil into it for heating.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped onion to it and saute.
  • STEP 3.Next, add the garlic paste along with the powdered spices and bay leaf and cook till the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Next, add the jackfruit seeds and the shrimps and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add coconut paste along with water and cook till you get the desired consistency.

Storage And Serving Method

  • STEP 1.Serve this curry with steamed rice and relish.
