  • 0.13 pound Turkey sausage or use pork sausage
  • 1/4 Large eggs
  • 0.08 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/25 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.38 Cloves garlic minced
  • 0.13 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/25 cup Cold water
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 Large carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Stalks celery chopped
  • 0.13 Large onion chopped
  • 0.38 Whole garlic cloves minced
  • 0.88-1 cup Chicken
  • 0.63-3/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 Bay leaves
  • 0.13 Parmesan rind optional
  • 0.19 cup Dried orzo pasta use less if you like a thinner soup
  • 1/2 cup Fresh spinach stems removed
  • As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • As required Parmesan cheese for serving
