Ingredients for Italian style pizza mathri bites Recipe
0.40 Cups all purpose flour
1/5 Tsp red chilli flakes
0.40 Tsp Italian mix herbs
0.40 Pieces processed cheese cubes grated
As Required Salt as per taste
As Required Oil for frying
Directions: Italian Style Pizza Mathri Bites Recipe
STEP 1.1- First in a bowl take all purpose flour, then add red chili flakes , Italian mix herbs ,grated cheese cubes and salt . Mix all ingredients well.
2- Now make semi hard dough of these ingredients by using little water . Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes .
3- Now take small portion from dough and make small ball with it . Roll it by using roller pin . Then cut this into desire e shapes by using cookie cutter . Make more mathri bites like this .
4- Heat oil in kadai or pan . Fry these prepared mathri bites into hot medium oil . Until they becomes golden brown in color .
Italian style mathri bites are ready .
5- let them cool down and store it into airtight container.
