  • 1 Tortilla Large
  • 0.12 pound Thin Sliced Provolone
  • 0.12 pound Thin Sliced Prosciutto
  • 0.12 pound Thin Sliced Genoa Salami
  • 4-1 Red Pepper, cut into Roasted
  • As required A handful of baby Arugula
  • As required A few Basil leaves
  • As required Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • As required Salt and Pepper
  • As required Caprese
  • 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 8-10 Mozzarella Balls, Halved
  • As required A few small basil leaves picked from the top of the plant

Directions: Italian Pinwheels Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, add spices and mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Spread the mixture generously over the wraps.
  • STEP 3.Place the ham, cheese slices and salad leaves on the wrap.
  • STEP 4.Roll the wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
  • STEP 5.Take out the cold wraps, cut the corners and insert the olives around 1 inch apart.
  • STEP 6.Cut the roll into equal parts and the pinwheels are ready.
